My course on The Five Lights Center online learning platform is live!
Balancing the Five Elements with Movement and Breath.
In this class, you will learn the core concepts of Five Elements Theory; understand how the elements interrelate and influence each another; and learn how to create balance between the elements for health and wellbeing through a series of self-care exercises.
This course will serve as a useful reference guide towards further studies in Shiatsu and Oriental medicine. Practitioners will also find the breath and movement exercises that are based on Dao Yin practices very helpful.
