Giving ourselves Space

Finding space, alignment and vitality and returning home to what resonates.


Sometimes, we forget to pause because we are rushing around trying to meet deadlines and expectations (other people's and our own), managing several things at once and looking after everyone else but our dear selves. Overtime, we become disconnected from how we are and what we truly need: space to just rest or simply be heard.


We hear our own bodies better than anyone else.


We can begin by simply Sitting and listening. When we come back to the body, we learn to fine tune a connection to ourselves.
