One moment at a time.


Take a moment's pause each day.


Bring your attention to the sensation of your feet touching the ground.


Take a gentle but deep breath through your nose. Feel your breath reach the back of your head, then breathe down your shoulders and arms right down to your fingertips. Breathe into your chest, belly, your hips and legs right down to your feet. Stay with these breaths for a moment and check in with how you are. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself.


When we come back to the body, we see that we are more than our thoughts, feelings and emotions. We see this possibility of becoming more whole in mind, body and spirit. One moment at a time.
